In each row, add the numerical value of the left and right hand letters together and write the letter with the reverse alphabetical value in the center. So,

L + H = 12 + 8 = 20 = T = Reverse of the T = G.
C + A = 3 + 1= 4= D = reverse of the D = W

Similarly,
J + O = 10 + 15 = 25 = Y = Reverse of the Y = B.
Missing Character = B.
