Find the missing character?

Solution (By Examveda Team)

Starting on the left, and moving downwards in columns from left to right, letters are written in alphabetical sequence, in steps of 4 letters at a time. I.e.
A + 4 = E
E + 4 = I
I + 4 = M
M + 4 = Q and So On.
Similarly,
E + 4 = I = Missing Character.
