Logic (Row-wise):
Left element * Right Element = Sum of Alphabetical numbers of letter in Center.

13 * 2 = I + N + C = 9 + 14 + 3 = 26
6 *7 = O + R + I = 15 + 18 + 9 = 42
4 * 8 = D + O + M = 4 + 15 + 13 = 32
7 * 7 = S + U + I = 19 + 21 + 9 = 49.
So,
8 * 2 = A + D + ? = 16
1 + 4 + ? = 16
? = 11 = K.
Missing Character = K.
