    With reference to Mr. Sunil Kumar

    By Ohms Law we have
    I = V/R
    but here R is replaced by impedance Z
    Thus, I = V/Z
    and,
    Z = sqrt(R^2 + XL^2)
    As it is a purely inductive circuit thus, R = 0
    We have Z = XL = 2πfL
    now if f is halved, then XL will also be halved

    But I will be doubled

    X=2πfL
    Put frequency value and compare
