    2 conductor=1 coil
    For single layer
    1 slots keep 1 conductor means 1/2 coil
    For double layer
    1 slots keep 2 conductor means 1 coil
    16 slots keep 32 conductor means 16 coil
    Pole pitch =slots/pole
    Hence 16/4= 4 answer is correct
