Hence, First quadrant a + bi = (a,b),

Second quadrant -a + bi = (-a,b),

Third quadrant -a - bi = (-a,-b)

Fourth quadrant a - bi = (a,-b)
hence here 14 -5i , hence lies in fourth plane...
