Both option ' A' and 'C' are present perfect tense in passive voices. But we have to identify New series is as whether singular or plural. Then we can choose correct option of present perfect tense with 'have' or 'has' +been +V3 + other agents. Here series is plural. Isn't it ? So correct option is 'A ' ? Please give your answer.

Why the variant C is correct, but not A? "New series" - It is not clear whether it is singular or plural
