    nusselt number is nondimensional number at a boundary surface mathematically is given by convection/ conduction heat transfer across the boundary. where Qconv= hAdt Qcond=kAdt/l
    Nu=Qconv/Qcond
    Nu=hAdt/kAdt/l
    Nu=hl/k
