Eucalyptus is a rapidly growing tree. The trees are periodically cut at the ground level to stimulate growth. It is a medium to a tall tree reaching 20 - 50 meters in height and up to 2 meters in diameter approximately.
These plants have bark that is either smooth, fibrous, hard or stingy and leaves with oil glands.
