    Reactance of a capacitor is

    XC=1/2πfC

    Given that XC1 = 20Ω at 50 Hz

    Then XC2 at 100 Hz will be

    XC1 / XC2=(1/2πf1C)/(1 / 2πf2C)
    by simplyfying you will get 10 .
