    (20*0.5)-(30*1)+(40*0.25)=(R*0.5)
    R=-20

    (30*1)+(R*0.5)-(40*0.25)=(20*0.5)
    =>R= -20 Ans.

    R = 20. Hence Resultant 20 Kg +ve sense.
