    In free vortex (irrotational flow - circulation is zero along closed contour) tangential velocity is inversely proportion to distance from center.
    In forced vortex (rotational flow - circulation is zero along closed contour, leave dropped will rotate) tangential velocity is directly proportion to distance from center.
