According to the question,
$$\eqalign{ & \frac{5}{{100}}A + \frac{4}{{100}}B = \frac{2}{3}\left[ {\frac{{6A}}{{100}} + \frac{{8B}}{{100}}} \right] \cr & \Rightarrow 5A + 4B = \frac{2}{3}\left( {6A + 8B} \right) \cr & \Rightarrow 15A + 12B = 12A + 16B \cr & \Rightarrow 3A = 4B \cr & \Rightarrow \frac{A}{B} = \frac{4}{3} \cr & \Rightarrow A:B = 4:3 \cr} $$
