⇒ 4x[2x2 + 20x + 50] = 4x2[x2 + 4x - 5]
⇒ 8x[x2 + 10x + 25] = 4x2[x2 + 5x - x - 5]
⇒ 8x(x + 5)2 = 4x2[x(x + 5) - 1(x + 5)]
⇒ 8x(x + 5)2 = 4x2(x + 5)(x - 1)
LCM = 8x2(x + 5)2(x - 1)
