Removal of Vice President is a special power of Rajya Sabha. Article-67 provides for the procedure of removal of Vice President. A resolution seeking removal of Vice President can only be brought first in Rajya Sabha. And it must be approved by a majority of all the then members of Rajya Saba and must be agreed by Lok Sabha with simple majority.
