    Re=VD/v
    As per question maximum velocity of laminar flow means -Re=2000
    Then 2000=V*8cm/0.4cm2/sec
    V=2000*0.4/8=100cm/sec=1m/sec
    Opt-B is right

    Re = v*d/kinematic viscosity
    Given mention it is laminar flow so R = 2000
    2000=v*8/0•4
    V=100cm/sec
    V=1m/sec
