The equation of motion is x =t^3-3t^2+5
    dx/dt=3t^2-6t+0
    dx/dt=6t-6
    Velocity for 5sec=6*5-6=24
    Velocity for 3sec=6*3-6=12
    Ratio for velocity =5sec/3sec
    =24/12=2
