Which of the following is not true regarding Conditional Formatting?

How can serial condition formatting when i apply 6 or 7 conditions in one cell.
If apply this, than i see 2 or 3 conditions not warking.

Ans is wrong .. all options are right kindly correct it
In MS Excel i can set condition for Bold and apply italic under conditional format.
I think ans B is wrong.
