Which of the following is not true regarding Conditional Formatting?

In Conditional Formatting we cannot set condition to look for Bold and apply Italics on them.

How can serial condition formatting when i apply 6 or 7 conditions in one cell.
If apply this, than i see 2 or 3 conditions not warking.
Pls advise...

In MS Excel i can set condition for Bold and apply italic under conditional format.
I think ans B is wrong.
