A consumer is not satisfied with district forum. In how many days he can challenge the same and approach the State Commission?

Under the Consumer Protection Act, if a consumer is dissatisfied with the decision of the district forum, they have the right to challenge the decision and approach the State Commission for redressal.

The time limit within which the consumer can challenge the decision of the district forum and approach the State Commission is 30 days. This means that the consumer has 30 days from the date of the decision by the district forum to file an appeal before the State Commission.
