Assumptions :
I. If the invitee is not in his seat before 3 P.M., the function will not start.
II. Function will start as scheduled.

Correct Answer: Option B
It is mentioned that the function will start at 3 RM. and not that the invitees will be waited for. So, I is not implicit and only II is implicit.
