Find the correct option for the blank space .
  B     6     8     D
  J     14     17     M
  N     _     _     S

A. 18, 23

B. 14, 19

C. 16, 21

D. 15, 20

Answer: Option A

Solution(By Examveda Team)

In the right side of the question there is a gap of 7 letters between B and J and 6 numbers between 6 and 14. Similarly, there is a gap of 3 letters between J and N. Therefore 3 numbers gap after 14 is 18.
In the left side of the question there is a gap of 8 letters between D and M and 6 numbers between 8 and 17. Similarly, there is a gap of 5 letters between M and S. Therefore 5 numbers gap after 17 is 23.

    Another a very good and easy logic work behind this that after converting the alphabets in numbers according to their positions, like B is 2 and J is 10, similarly the others, and then adding 4 to every letter makes the number on the side of the letter as B + 4 (i.e., 2+4) = 6 similarly D + 4 (i.e., 4 + 4) = 8. Similarly, we can do N + 4 (i.e., 14 + 4) = 18 and S + 4 (i.e., 19 + 4) = 23

in the given answer, the last second lines should be like....there is gap of 3 letter between J and N..not J and M......
for example: Between B and J there is gap of 7 letters and so 3 letter gap between J and N.......considering the 1st letter of respective groups as arranged....
