    (a)1+7+3 =11
    (b)2+6+3=11
    (c)2+8+4=14
    (d)3+6+2=11
    Total of option (c) is not same from the other option, so the correct answer is (c).

    Because:
    Except 284, remaining all numbers if we add digits individually we get 11.

    But one can go for option (c), except this sum of all digits of each number is 11.
    This type of questions based on very weak logic.I think answer will depend on who the question setter is.

    if we add all the digits of numbers 173, 263 and 362 we get 11. like 362=3+6+2=11. but in case of 284 we get 14.
