If I think like this,
From option two, 4+1+2=7 which is the last digit of the number
Option three, 5+2+1=8 Which also the last digit of the number
And the last option, 7+0+1=8 Which represents the last digit as well
In this way A could be the correct Answer.

there is another suggestion too, which makes a) 3229 correct.
all numbet except 3229 have last digit = sum of first three.
eg. 4127 - -> 4+1+2= 7
eg. 5218 - - > 5+2+1= 8
