Creativity and academic qualification has no link. One can be innovative even if he/she doesn’t have basic education. One’s creativity reflects his/her aptitude to do something in a different and impressive manner. It shows that you are willing to give your contribution in a given activity or task; you would not do things in a manner ‘just like others do’.
This answer is going to be very subjective in nature. However, give effect to the following criterion:
1. The activity you mention shall involve some kind of ‘innovation’ in it.
2. Do give a brief synopsis of the reaction that people gave to your creativity – the appreciation or recognition you got from your creation.

*You have been asked to ‘Give me an example of your creativity’. Go ahead; give it a try on how to answer the same. Post your own answers and get them reviewed .
