Hybrid produced by crossing Dashehari and Neelum is Amrapali. This cultivar was introduced in 1971.
Amrapali Mango is a variety that is a hybrid of Dasheri and Neelum Mango varieties. It grows on regular-bearer, dwarf trees that have clusters of small-sized fruits. Its inside reveals deep orange-red coloured flesh. It takes 12 - 18 months to bear fruits.
