It was not Rajgir but Pataliputra where compilation of Buddhist scriptures got completed. The last pitaka Abhidhamma Pitaka was completed in the third Buddhist council held at Pataliputra.
In first council at rajagriha only sutta pitaka and vinaya pitaka were compiled, but another one Abhidamapitaka was compiled during third council at pataliputra hence it should be pataliputra
