Indian Farming is a publication of ICAR, New Delhi.
The journal Indian Farming, the first agriculture monthly magazine started in 1940, is issued by the Imperial Council of Agricultural Research of India and is a praiseworthy attempt to bridge the gap between the cultivator and scientific worker. It is a monthly with a pleasant appearance of format and is copiously illustrated.
The contents include original articles on agricultural science, short notes on selected research work, reports from research stations, "answers to correspondents", practical hints to farmer and book reviews.
