Natural cytokinin is Zeatin.
The most common is zeatin, which was the first natural cytokinin to be identified. It is purified from immature maize kernels and named 'zeatin'.
They facilitate the growth of lateral buds when sprayed on meristems triggering cell division for the production of bushier plants. It occurs in the form of a cis- and a trans-isomer and conjugates.
