"Seed Plot Technique" i.e. raising the healthy seed crop during the low aphid population period available in northern plains.
It is a technique of multiplication of disease-free (virus-free) seeds in the Northern plains of the country. The nucleus seed of the potato is produced from April to August when the aphid population is low in the hills.
