The Self Blanching cauliflower is known for its bright white curds with a delicious flavor! The Self Blanching cauliflower has self-wrapping leaves that help protect the white curds from the sun, thus the name Self Blanching Cauliflower.
Pusa deepali is the variety of cauliflower developed at IARI, New Delhi. Recommended for Northern India, particularly Delhi and Punjab. It is an early maturing variety, curd compact, self-blanching, white, medium-sized, and almost free from riceyness, curds ready for harvest in late October. The average yield is 12 t/ha.
