The modern method of propagation of ‘Guava’ is Stooling.
It is the easiest and cheapest method of guava propagation which has been standardized at Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi.
In this method plants are headed back to ground and shoots are allowed to develop on the beheaded stumps.
