1. Introspect and identify your key strengths. Just in case, you are not aware of them then do ask from your friends.
2. Always keep an example ready to support each of your above-mentioned strengths.
3. If you list too many number of strengths, then, you are at risk of sounding arrogant. So limit the number to two or maximum three. Choose the best ones out of all.

Sir, One of my greatest strengths is my ability to balance technical skills with teamwork and leadership. I’ve handled projects that required hands-on work and analytical thinking, such as developing MATLAB code for microstructure analysis and designing a dilution tunnel for emission testing. I’m also a quick learner, which helped me adapt to new tools and research during my internship.

Another strength is my discipline and commitment, which I’ve developed through sports — being part of the BHU hockey team has taught me perseverance, teamwork, and how to perform under pressure.
