What changes would you make if you come on board?
This question is asked to enquire about your intentions towards adapting into the organization’s environment. Most of us don’t like changes in the beginning if we had been leading a well settled life for a considerable period of time. But you cannot ignore the fact that a few changes are inevitable when you change your job. Hence, one needs to adapt to the new environment.
A few suggestions on how to answer this question are as follows:
1. Never say that you are going to ‘make changes’. Rather say that you shall ‘ADAPT’ to the new environment.
2. Mention about how one needs to mould himself/herself according to what a particular situation demands.
3. Tell them that all such improvements which would be beneficial for the organization shall be incorporated.
4. Do tell that all such transformations shall be made keeping the long-term benefits in mind.
