This answer is not correct, primary memory is not a part of the CPU..
Primary storage is located on the motherboard. As a result, data can be read from and written to primary storage extremely quickly. This gives the processor (cpu)fast access to the data and instructions that the primary storage holds. answer should be A and B.

Including RAM, Cache is also a primary storage. That is why "A. It is a part of CPU" is also true, along with option "B" & "C". So "D. All of the above", Becomes the right Answer
