A is facing towards West. If he had faced towards B as shown in the picture then we could say that he is facing North West. I also want to add that when A is moving diagonally and he took his first right turn then it should be 90 degree right but in this picture it is shown that A is moving more than 90 degree which makes it wrong. Try to form a 90 degree angle on A to D diagonal line then your answer will be South-West.
