'B' identifies an item form the showcase for purchase and tells 'A' that he is ready to give the price displayed. 'A' realizes that the item did not have the correct price tag and refuses to sell it at the displayed price. Give the most appropriate answer.

A. A' is bound to sell the item as all the conditions of a valid contract are complete
