All central laws and other laws in the .......... Schedule of the Constitution which were applied in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, is now applicable to the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

All Central Laws and other laws of the Fifth Schedule is applicable to the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. Every proceeding pending before a Court (other than High Court), tribunal, authority or officer in any area of the State of Jammu and Kashmir shall be transferred to the corresponding Court, tribunal, authority or officer of that Union Territory.
