All of the following conditions like vitamin K deficiency, severe hypocalcaemia, and Liver disease impair coagulation except Vascular spasm.
Vascular spasm develops in the coronary artery, the main symptom is chest pain often described as constricting, crushing, pressure, squeezing, or tightness.
