Dilwara temples are built by Chalukya dynasty. The first Dilwara temple was built by Vimal Shah who was a minister of Bima I in the Chalukya kingdom. These temples are in the style of ‘Maru-Gurjara’ architecture, famous for their use of very pure white marble and intricate marble carvings.
