Clearly, I follows directly from the given statement. However, II is not related to the given statement and so does not follow.

    from my point of view the statement focuses on good voice as a natural gift and one must keep practising to maintain it , i.e. it specifically focused on good voice as natural gift but conclusion 1 states that natural gifts must be nurtered (i.e. the conclusion goes in general manner).
