. . . . . . . . Gandhiji . . . . . . . . in Rajkot?

A. Was, study

B. Does, studied

C. When, studied

D. Did, study

Answer: Option D

Solution(By Examveda Team)

If the verb is 'normal', the interrogative is formed with the auxiliary do/does/did. As always after an auxiliary verb, the verb is added in the infinitive without to.
Example: Do you like that album?
Did she see the movie?
We use do when the subject is I, you, we or they. We use does with third person singular pronouns i.e. when the subject is he, she or it.
