18+6/10 =2.4
3600/2.4 = 1500

C=1000v/s
V=10*60*60/1000=36kmph
S=18+6=24
C=1000*36/24=1500vehicle per lane...

Theoretical capacity (C)
C=1000V/S
Where,
S= SSD+L or Clear spacing
.... maximum from both taken
V= speed in KMPh
In this case, V= (10/1000)/(1/60*60) kmph which is 36 kmph
Hence, C= 1000*36/24. Which is 1500 vehicle per hour
