Otto cycle has lowest temperature at the beginning of compression stroke and highest temperature at the beginning of expansion stroke. RS KURMI P-222.

Lowest Pr. at the beginning of compression stroke and highest pressure at the beginning of expansion stroke.

Otto cycle : beginning of compression stroke both P & T are at lowest, where as beginning of expansion stroke both P&T are at the highest.

Question is inside cylinder engine where compression takes place..so when cool air enters at beginning of suction it will be minimum.
And at end of suction this air absorbs heat from cylinder and get warmed.The question doesnt asked about cylinder surface.agr cylinder ka puchta tab end of suction hota but yaha inside cylinder mtlb space jaha air enter hota hai..ofcourse beginning of suction hoga for inside cylinder..agar cylinder ka puchta tab end of suction hota

End of suction stroke since the swept volume at bdc during suction stroke will get filled with cooled and compressed air by cooler and supercharger .

In Rs khurmi;pg 336 qno:-22;it has been written beginning of suction stroke.for lowest pressure it will be end of suction stroke(pg 337 ;qno:-31 by Rs khurmi book).

Inside the cylinder engine, when cool air will enter the temperature will be minimum during beginning of suction..And at the end of suction the air which is entered will absorb heat so its temperature will rise..if it is asked when cylinder surface temperature is minimum..Then end of suction stroke will be best..but question is inside the cylinder engine means space in which air fuel mixture enters..
