In Jammu and Kashmir, education is free upto which level as per Section 20 of the Jammu and Kashmir Constitution?

Jammu and Kashmir has setup many Colleges and Universities to impart higher education to youths in the UT. Jammu and Kashmir is the only UT where education is free upto the University level as per the Section 20 of the Jammu and Kashmir Constitution. The UT has several renowned institutions of higher learning. There are some good institutes providing higher education in the fields of medicine, engineering and management.
