In which season some coastal parts of Odisha experience cyclone and tornado?

Cyclone Phailin made landfall near Gopalpur in Ganjam district on 12^th October, 2013, becoming the second strongest tropical cyclone in India since 1999. It had hit Odisha at a wind speed of 140 mph leading to more than 5,50,000 people to move from the coastal to interior and safer regions.
