I also think planning is the suitable answer . As a commerce student In CBSE book we all have read about planning as strategy. We don't need strategy to do recruitment , its a process. so the answer is not correct in my mind. Thank you
I think planning is more suitable answer, recruitment is requirement of the organization,
planning is supposed to be strategic in nature while recruitment is as per requirement of the organisation .
