  • Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of India. However, subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, Tibetan refugees who settled in India before 1 January 1962, and persons of Indian origin from specified countries are also eligible, subject to the possession of a valid eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.
