Test used for diagnosis of brucellosis in cattle is MRT.
The MRT is an agglutination reaction used to determine the presence of brucellosis in milk. This test shows the presence of agglutinins (antibodies) in the milk after incubation with the addition of stained inactive Brucella into a milk sample.
