    aximum bit rate = Bandwidth*log(1+S/N).
    Log base is not said. So taken as 2.

    S/n = 1023/1.
    Bw = 4300-300.

    Maximum bit rate = 4000*log(1 = 1023).
    = 4000*10 = 40000 bps.

    So the answer will be none of this.
