A. 10, 20, 30
B. 15, 30, 45
C. 1, 2, 3
D. 5, 10, 15
Answer: Option D
Solution(By Examveda Team)
Let A, B and C is the number∴ A : B : C = 1 : 2 : 3 = 1x : 2x : 3x
After adding 5 in each number new ratio of
A : B : C = 2 : 3 : 4 = 2x : 3x : 4x
∴ for A → 2x - 1x = 5
i.e x = 5
∴ A = 1 × 5 = 5,
B = 2 × 5 = 10 and
C = 3 × 5 = 15
